Made for the Book Lovers, these White Oak bookmarks have been delicately handcrafted using the intricate technique of kumiko.

This design is called Rindo Asanoha // The Sun. Rindo is a digestive medicine made from its roots, expressing the virtues of love, sincerity, justice and tolerance. Asa-No-Ha is a cluster of triangles, conveying a meaning of strength and beauty. 

Made from recovered White Oak, The Sun design consists of 35 pieces that have been meticulously measured, cut and assembled by hand (including the tassel!) by Tree Of A Kind in our Sydney-based workshop. Choose your tassel colour to match your style and personality. Go chic with JET BLACK or OATMEAL, or stand out from the rest with SAPPHIRE BLUE.

Our bookmarks are beautiful pieces of art to be treasured - as these are handmade from a natural medium, each bookmark will have its own grain pattern, making each item unique in its own right. Perfect self-love gifts or for a special bookworm.

Finished with a plant-based oil (linseed) coating to give it a layer of wear and protection. Each bookmark comes with a handmade calico pouch for safe keeping.
